– It should include all stickers, accessories, and free gifts that you have received.
· The third step: return the product
– The delivery representative receives the order, we will contact you to confirm the date of receipt.
You can cancel your order quite easily by contacting customer service from here, if you did not receive a message stating that your order has been shipped via email.
But If the order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel it, but it can be returned (Please refer to the return and exchange policy for more details.)
